Our student recruitment team combined experience enables us to connect with students from all over the world and advise them when choosing to study with one of our partners in the UK.
The team work closely with representatives in the UK and Europe. This enables us to attract students from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures.
Our recruiting team will regularly visit other countries and organise events both in the UK and abroad. This allows students to meet with our team and ask questions they can have about studying with us.
Having this exposure to students in the UK and further afield gives us a unique insight into what they find valuable when choosing where to study, and enables us to tailor our programmes to be as attractive as possible.
Mr. Romulus Maziliu - Director
Romulus is responsible for the success or failure of the company. He is setting strategy and direction, modeling and setting the company’s culture, values, and behaviour. Also, he is building and leading the senior executive team and is allocating capital to the company’s priorities.
Mrs Georgiana Maziliu
Senior Regional Manager & Student Finance Advisor
Georgiana began working for UK Connect Training in Jan 2017, initially working with students in the EU market, and is currently in the role of Senior Regional Manager.
Georgiana speaks 3 languages (Romanian, Italian and English) and is here to provide support in any of these language if required. She is looking forward to welcoming our prospective students as well as meeting new partners/agents.
Mrs. Aniko Marias
Regional Manager & Student Finance Advisor
Aniko is Regional Manager for the UK/EU and has an extensive knowledge of European educational systems. Working closely with sub-agents she advises which courses will best meet students’ objectives as well as ensures admissions process runs as smoothly as possible. She has been working in this sector for 3 years and speaks 3 languages (English, Romanian and Hungarian) and is here to provide support in any of these language if required. She is looking forward to welcoming our prospective students as well as meeting new partners/agents.
Mr. Cosmin Serban - Admin Support Officer
Cosmin is Admin Support Officer acting as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports, with good knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
Mrs Claudia Maziliu - Recruitment Officer
Claudia works as a Student Recruitment Officer at UK Connect Training assisting with the application process being responsible for working closely with students to provide guidance and support from their initial enquiry to enrolment.
Claudia previous experience gives her great insight as to how to ensure the application process for students runs smoothly from start to finish, with advice and step-by-step guidance along the way.

Student Finance Advisor
Bogdan is working as a Student Finance Advisor for the UK/EU and has extensive knowledge of Student Finance applications. Working closely with UK Connect Training staff and sub-agents, advises which documents are required for Student Finance application and support our students on the entire process. Provide general information and advice about the funding available to students and make appropriate referrals. Provide support to other areas of Student Administration as necessary. General office duties, including filing and general record keeping.
